What to Bring:

  • Clothing: Quick-dry, non-cotton clothing (e.g., rash guard, board shorts, or swimwear)..  Footwear: Water shoes, sports sandals, or flip-flops (e.g., Havaianas) for the walk to/from the river.
  • Rafting can be done barefoot, but shoes are needed for the 200–250 steps to the river (10–15 minute walk).
  • Change of Clothes:  after rafting,  you’ll get wet.
  • Not recommended for those with mobility issues, pregnant travelers, those with back/heart issues, or elderly individuals due to long staircases (200–250 steps)

Term & Conditions

1. General Information

1.1. BaliFolk.com is operated by PT Wisata Jagat Bali a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

1.2. All services, including tour packages, transportation rentals, and activities such as dolphin watching, watersports, and cultural tours, are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on balifolk.com.

1.4. All website content, including text, images, and videos, is the property of BaliFolk.com and protected by Indonesian copyright law.

2.1. Booking

Procedure:

Bookings can be made via balifolk.com, our official WhatsApp ([insert number]), or email ([insert email]).A minimum of 2 participants is required for most tours, unless otherwise specified in the package.Required booking information includes full name, passport number (for foreign tourists), contact details, and other relevant information.

2.2. Payment:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, unless otherwise stated.Full payment must be made at least 2 days prior to the tour date, or 7 days prior for high season bookings (July, August, December, January). Payments can be made via bank transfer to BaliFolk.com’s official account or other payment methods listed on the website.Proof of payment must be sent via WhatsApp or email for verification.

2.3. Pricing:

Prices listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) apply to Indonesian citizens (WNI) and KITAS/KIMS holders. Prices for foreign tourists may differ as specified. Tour prices include air-conditioned transportation, entrance fees to attractions, meals as per the itinerary, and licensed tour guides (in compliance with Bali Regulation No. 5 of 2016).Prices exclude airfare, travel insurance, personal expenses, optional activities (e.g., additional watersports), and tips for drivers/guides.Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, fuel price increases, or third-party rate changes (hotels, attractions, etc.).

3.1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations made more than 1 before the tour date: 50% refund of the total payment.Cancellations made on the day pf activity before the tour date: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible (subject to availability).

N-shows: No refund.

3.2. Cancellation by BaliFolk.com

  • We reserve the right to cancel tours due to force majeure (natural disasters, civil unrest, government regulations, etc.), with a full refund provided.
  • We are not liable for additional costs (e.g., airfare) incurred due to force majeure cancellations.

 

3.3. Schedule Changes

Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 1 day before the tour date, subject to availability of hotels, transportation, and third-party services. An administrative fee may apply.

4.1. Tour Types

All tours are private (not combined with other groups), unless explicitly stated as an open trip.Tour durations (e.g., half-day: 5–6 hours, full-day: 8–10 hours) may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.

4.2. Inclusions

Transportation is provided in air-conditioned vehicles (e.g., Avanza, Xpander, Innova, HiAce, or buses based on group size).Meals are provided on optional at halal restaurants (non-halal options can be requested for non-Muslim guests during booking). Activities like dolphin watching at Lovina Beach or watersports are managed by our trusted partners and subject to weather conditions.

4.3. Child Pricing

Children under 3 years are free (no additional meals/services provided).Children aged 3–10 years are charged 50–75% of the adult rate, depending on inclusions.

5.1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for valid travel documents (passport, visa). Passports must be valid for at least 6 months for foreign tourists.Customers must comply with local regulations.

5.2. BaliFolk.com Responsibilities

We are not liable for loss of belongings, transportation delays, accidents, or damages due to customer negligence or force majeure.

While we partner with reputable third parties for activities like dolphin watching ,watersports, Atv, rafting others tour activities we are not responsible for third-party service failures.

5.3. Insurance

We strongly recommend customers purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations, accidents, or lost luggage because our tours exclude insurance cover.

6.1. Customer personal data (name, contact details, passport number) is used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6.2. Data is encrypted to ensure security during online transactions.

7.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

7.2. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of [insert city, e.g., Denpasar].
