2.1. Booking
Procedure:
Bookings can be made via balifolk.com, our official WhatsApp +62 821 464 35301 , +62 821-4494-2911 or wisatajagatbali.@gmail.com. Minimum of 2 participants is required for most tours, unless otherwise specified in the package. Required booking information includes full name, passport number (for foreign tourists), contact details, and other relevant information.
2.2. Full payment is required to confirm a booking, unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made by methods listed on the website. Proof of payment must be sent via WhatsApp or email for verification.
3.1 Schedule Changes: Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 1 day before the tour date, subject to availability. An administrative fee may apply.
N-shows: No refund.
3.2. Cancellation by BaliFolk.com : We reserve the right to cancel tours due to force majeure (natural disasters, civil unrest, government regulations, etc.), with a full refund provided.
We are not liable for additional costs (e.g., airfare) incurred due to force majeure cancellations.
3.3. Cancellation by Customer:
No refund, but rescheduling may be possible (subject to availability).
N-shows: No refund
4.1. Tour Types: All tours are private (not combined with other groups. Tour durations (e.g., half-day: 5–6 hours, full-day: 8–10 hours) may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.
4.2. Inclusions: Transportation is provided in air-conditioned vehicles (e.g., Avanza or similar, Hi Ace or buses based on group size). Meals are provided on optional at halal restaurants (non-halal options can be requested for non-Muslim guests during booking).
5.1. Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for valid travel documents (passport, visa). Passports must be valid for at least 6 months for foreign tourists. Customers must comply with local regulations.
5.2. BaliFolk.com
Responsibilities: We are not liable for loss of belongings, transportation delays, accidents, or damages due to customer negligence or force majeure.
While we partner with reputable third parties for activities like, watersports, Atv, rafting others tour activities we are not responsible for third-party service failures.
5.3. Insurance
We strongly recommend customers purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations, accidents, or lost luggage because our tours exclude insurance cover.
6.1. Customer personal data (name, contact details, passport number) is used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
6.2. Data is encrypted to ensure security during online transactions.
7.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
7.2. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Republic Indonesia law
